Opened The Administrative Salon and installed JEPA Consulting Center.

Chairman, Shimoji visited Mr. Philip M. Seng, President and CEO of U.S. Meat Export Federation, and discussed the details about sending JEPA's delegation to U.S.A. to proceed investigation for edible meat industry's condition.
Chairman, Shimoji visited Peru and attended the inauguration for President Fujimori on the issue of employment for Japanese
descent. Dispatched 'The First Japan-American Friendship
Delegation' to U.S.A. and paid courtesy visit to ex-president Mr. Ronald Regan.
